Commissions are for personal use only.

All rights to my art belong exclusively to me.

You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form (digital or physical) under any circumstances, unless you have my express written permission and have paid for the rights to do so.

You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.

You may create prints or other physical pieces of my artwork for personal use only.

Putting my artwork into any AI engine is strictly prohibited. This includes using AI to animate the image, to create alternate versions of the artwork, or to color in sketches/linework.

All artwork created by me is strictly forbidden from use in the training of any generative AI program.

No visual alterations can be made of my work. This includes the use of filters, banners, borders, etc. Cropping an image for personal use is fine.

Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any form of media may be used by me to produce prints and other physical merchandise as I see fit.

Listed prices are base price. Please understand there may be additional charges, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Once a payment is made, there are no refunds except under special circumstances.

I may decline a commission if I feel my skill level does not meet the requirements of the piece. If I encounter this issue partway through the commission, I may offer a full or partial refund.

After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my fault. Other alterations may come with an additional charge, depending on the scale of the change.

Clear references are required. References generated by AI will not be accepted.

I reserve the right to post your commission piece on my own social media and in my portfolio. If this commission is a gift for someone, you may ask me to refrain from sharing until the recipient is gifted their finished piece.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason, as well as to refund the commission in full if I decide I no longer want to work on the project for any reason.

Commissions requesting offensive content (transphobia, homophobia, racism, etc.) will be denied. Requesting to add something pertaining to this once a commission has already been placed will result in a cancellation of the commission with no refund.
